1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This website, airozoshop.com, is operated by AÏROZO, a brand dedicated to making handcrafted perfumes, located at Florida City, FL 33034, United States. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. OUR PRODUCTS
AÏROZO makes handcrafted perfumes in small batches. Because of this:
- There may be slight variations in color, intensity or scent between batches. This is normal and is not considered a defect.
- Perfumes may change in tone over time due to exposure to light and heat.
- Fragrance smells different on every skin. The scent notes described are for guidance only, and we do not guarantee a specific longevity or projection on your skin.
- Photographs are for reference only; colors may vary depending on your screen.

3. SAFE USE AND ALLERGIES
- Perfumes are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Do not ingest.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Flammable product: keep away from fire, heat and direct sunlight.
- If you have sensitive skin or allergies, review the ingredient list of each product and test it on a small area of skin before use.
- Stop use if irritation occurs and consult a health professional.
- AÏROZO is not responsible for reactions resulting from using a product without reviewing its listed ingredients.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice.
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods enabled at checkout. AÏROZO does not store your card information.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, lack of inventory or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

5. ORDERS AND PRODUCTION
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean the order is finally accepted until it ships.
- Because our products are handcrafted, preparation time is 3 to 5 business days before shipping.

6. SHIPPING
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, available on this site.

7. RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this site.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site (the AÏROZO name, logo, text, photographs, formulas, fragrance names and design) is the property of AÏROZO and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

9. USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to use the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that harms the site's operation or other users.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AÏROZO will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

The use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this site.
